I’ll introduce a new Zen proverb whch is suitable for today.

It is “Nengemisho.”

“Nenge” means touching a flower. And “misho” means smiling.

To express your mind, do you need words?

We have many methods to express without words.

Words are not enough to express completely.

Be with your family or friends, express your love to them.
